In Rehoboth, my favorite is Cafe Sole: great value, great food. Also recommend Celsius on Wilmington Ave. Most of the restaurants are decent, but many are VERY EXPENSIVE (Blue Moon, Zebra, Back Porch). Its much cheaper to dine in NYC! For ocean front dining, go to Victoria's for lunch. Great food/great views/fair prices.
In Lewes, I love Cafe Azafran for Tapas, Second Street Grille for burgers at the bar and Fish On for seafood. I recommend The Buttery for lunch, but the dinner prices are steep and the ambiance is totally lacking (dining room reminds me of a funeral parlor). Striper Bites is fun and consistent.
